浮遊する雲は大地に影を落とす。 均質ではなく不均質に揺らぎ、風に揺られ気ままに消えていく。 それは自然現象が生む一つの大屋根である。 そんな大きな環境としての屋根を、建築のひとつの状態として考えてみたい。 現れては消え、消えてはまた現れる。 気圧が高い乾燥した地域で人工的な雲を発生させるとアボガドロの法則が作用し、雲は高気圧から押しつけられる対流によって上昇することができずに停滞する。この地域特有の気候を利用して、人工的に発生させたフォグをつかって浮遊する大屋根をつくりだす。 浮遊する人工的な雲は仮設建築として、赤道直下の国々を旅しながらその地域特有の祭りやイベントを受けるアンダーワンルーフとなり、屋根はやがて国と国をつなぐ一つの大きな架け橋となる。
