四〇年後の未来の賃貸住宅の提案。 将来的に東京なのど都会では海外移民者と高齢が増加すると言われている。移民者が日本に来てまず求めるものは語学や文化教育であり、単身世帯が増える高齢者には孤独にならない他者と豊かな関わりをもてる環境が必要である。この２つのニーズに対して個別に対応するのではなく、両者が互いから多くの知恵や文化を『 学びながら住まう 』ことのできる新しいタイプの賃貸住宅を示した。 赤の移民者の居住ゾーンと、青の高齢者の居住ゾーンが螺旋状に渦を巻きながら構成される。互いの共用部は１Fになり、それ以外は各々のプライベートが確保されている。一人の時間もみんなでの時間も選択できるようにゾーニングされている。高齢者は緩やかなスロープを歩くことで日々のリハビリもできる。

The red residential zone of the immigrants, blue residential zone of the elderly is composed of swirling in a spiral shape. They can come togater at 1F, and each of the private is ensured otherwise. The elderly can also day-to-day rehabilitation by walking a gentle slope in the building.
