変形敷地に立つ住宅兼店舗。
井戸水からの湧水を利用した敷地際の親水空間に、美しい樹形の緑が並ぶ。
モノトーンに統一された外壁と鮮やかな緑とのコントラストが心地いい。視線の抜ける明るい階段室を上がると、豊かなワンルームのリビングが家族の暮らしをおおらかに包み込む。
温かみのあるオーク材と素材感のある左官壁で統一されたインテリアは、上品でありながらも優しい空間を演出している。

動画では三島の豊かな湧き水が流れる様子を撮影し、この建物の特徴である井戸水を利用した親水空間の緑化にゆっくりとフェードインする導入とした。
川という低い視点から始まり、住宅内の階段を上がり徐々に空に近づいていく様子を天窓を結びにすることで表現した。

In the video, we first filmed the river, which is a feature of this land, and then slowly faded into the green of the aquatic space using well water, which is a feature of this building.
